When I was driving my son to camp, I heard on the radio that George Steinbrenner past away. For those who don't know, he was the owner of the greatest franchise in the world; The New York Yankees. We have a love hate relationship with him here in New York. It is so sad that we realized so late how great he really was. My condolences go out to his family , God bless.
Yes I saw the same thing on my email account on yahoo. He was the greatest ever. THE BOSS. He will be missed by many who knew him and who liked the Yankees. He was an inspiration.
